Reason I Love NYC #4,873,767: Is It Art, or Is It underwear?

In an unfamiliar neighborhood for dinner (yes, Q accessible), and Paige Zandri and I are stopped the middle of the street trying to figure out if this is an art installation or the underwear belonging to a block of people.

Either way, I love it. And I am grateful, as always, to live in this wacky place.
